Dear Parents/Guardians,
The South Plainfield School District is requiring students K-5 to participate in face-to-face Reading Benchmark Assessments to help inform instruction. There will be a protective barrier between teacher and student, and teachers will be wearing face shields. Please wear a face mask when entering the building. All items used will be properly cleaned after each use. Your child will be coming to the Roosevelt Administration Building for this assessment. Please enter the building from the main entrance off of Jackson Avenue. Classroom teachers are aware that this testing is taking place, so students will not be penalized for missing class during testing. They may utilize the extra help time at the end of the school day for assistance from their teacher.
Please follow the link to schedule your child’s testing on the days given and only choose one time slot.
The process for booking your child’s appointment:
- Choose your child’s classroom teacher.
- If you click on the incorrect teacher, exit out of the tab and click on the link again.
- The dates and time slots for your child will appear.
- Please choose only one.
- Complete the form with the required information.
- Confirm your appointment.
